Jenifer Trivelli 

Jenifer Trivelli is a compassionate educator, author, and speaker who has dedicated her life to understanding the intricacies of human behavior and well-being. From an early age, her curiosity led her to become a certified practitioner in both YogaCalm and Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath.

Since 2007, Jenifer has been coaching parents and facilitating yoga for kids in various schools and communities. As a social-emotional educator, she shares her unique blend of neuroscience, attachment theory, and somatic practices with educators and organizations serving children.

Driven by her passion for nurturing resilience, Jenifer has authored “Peanut and the BIG Feelings” and “Jamie’s Gift: A Young Teen’s Guide to Fears, Worries, and Other Life Challenges (Like Being Irritated By Other People).” In 2019, she developed the TIME:IN resiliency curriculum for adolescents and regularly contributes to the “Wise Parent” column in a local family magazine.
